A research for a regeneration project of an old monastery in Leiden, the Netherlands. Together with our clients, we have transformed the complex to a cultural retreat which offers guestrooms, flexible workspaces, restaurant and bar. All the functions are orientated to a big courtyard and are connected by a central routing which runs through the whole complex and gathers different beautiful rooms, just like pearls on a necklace.
