The house, located on the border between urban development of the city Berlin and it’s rural areas, will be thoroughly renovated to welcome it’s guests.
When entering the house, visitors are often surprised by the light interior thanks not only to the orientation of the house but also the materialization of the interior. Another surprise is the view in the living room, where the visitors will be greeted by a glimpse of the green garden.
The house is built with authentic, natural materials such as brick, concrete, and wood. Premium surfaces, such as walnut, dark gray were used in companionship of white paint and light marble. It is not just different materials that meet here to such contrasting and charming effect though – openness and intimacy come together in harmony too.
