The house, located on the border between urban development of the city Berlin and it’s rural areas, will be thoroughly renovated to welcome it’s guests.
When entering the house, visitors are often surprised by the light interior thanks not only to the orientation of the house but also the materialization of the interior. Another surprise is the view in the living room, where the visitors will be greeted by a glimpse of the green garden.
The house is built with authentic, natural materials such as brick, concrete, and wood. Rich finishes like walnut and dark grey are combined with white walls and light marble to create a balanced look. It’s not only the mix of materials that adds contrast and charm—openness and intimacy are brought together in harmony as well.
