SYL Design and Architecture Studio applies the DNR (De Nieuwe Regeling) to all assignments — the standard terms and conditions for the legal relationship between client and architect/engineer/advisor in the Netherlands, developed by BNA and NLingenieurs.
Assignments concluded before 15 December 2025: Subject to the DNR 2011 (De Nieuwe Regeling 2011 — Rechtsverhouding opdrachtgever – architect, ingenieur en adviseur), filed with the Amsterdam District Court under nr. 56/2013.
Assignments concluded from 2026 onwards: Subject to the DNR 2025 (De Nieuwe Regeling 2025 — Rechtsverhouding opdrachtgever – architect, ingenieur en adviseur), filed with the Amsterdam District Court under nr. 10/2026.
